Why My Stove Fan has Noise and How to Fix it?

Didi di di

If you purchase a fireplace fan online and find that it makes a noise when you receive it, a clattering sound of metal colliding, it is usually caused by a deformation of the fan blades.
Failure ratio: <0.5%

For online shopping, during the logistics and transportation process of the product, it may be treated roughly, and we express anger but cannot completely prevent this from happening. Unreasonable squeezing and throwing may cause the fan blades to deform, resulting in noise when the blades touch the fan body during operation.
Simply use your hands to gently push the fan blade back to solve this problem.

  • The fan blades are made of 100% aluminum alloy
  • Aluminum alloy has certain ductility and flexibility, and the action of breaking the fan blade will not damage the product itself.
  • If you have any concerns about this, don’t worry, contact us and we can provide you with a free replacement fan blade.

Vivivivivi~~ continuous noise

Noise occurs after a period of use, and it is usually a continuous noise.
Failure ratio: <0.1%

Cause & solution:

1. Noise caused by loose blades.

This may be caused by loosening of the screws used to secure the fan blades during long-term high-speed rotation. Use an Allen wrench (1.5mm) to re-tighten the screws to resolve the issue.

Noise generated by the motor

This is because the fan will come into contact with more dust when used above the fireplace, and this dust will enter the motor and affect the normal operation of the motor shaft, causing noise. Please clean up the dust and apply a little lubricating oil to the motor shaft.
